Bakit laging ganito?
Laging sakit ang nararamdaman ko
Wala na bang paraan para magbago,
ang sobrang sakit na dinadamdam ko

Bakit laging ganito?
May halaga pa ba ako sa yo
Bakit di mo pa sabihin sa akin ang totoo
Na hindi na ako umaasa pa sa yo

Bakit laging ganito?
Mahal mo pa ba ako?
Ang pagmamahal mo ay biglang nagbago
Sa totoo lang ,akoy sobrang nasasaktan mo

Bakit laging ganito?
Sanay kahit papaano'y mapansin mo
At makita mo, ako'y nagmamahal pa rin sayo
Kahit na manhid na ang puso.....
